I am very excited to say that I have finally finished my first creation for TPT - an ABC Writing Journal. This is something that I wanted to make for my own classroom, but I thought some of you all might like it, too.
Here are some samples from the packet that show types of pages for EACH letter. All pages are available in D'Nealian and Zaner Bloser options.
I am using Rafflecopter to give away my ABC Writing Journal to three lucky winners!

Please leave a comment and let me know how you would use this in your classroom. Thanks!
For some reason I can't see a preview BUT I teach kindergarten and love to expose my kids to lots of different writing experiences. Crossing my fingers!

DeleteI teach Kindergarten and I love it! Your blog is so cute. This writing journal would be a great addition to our curriculum this upcoming year. We decided to not get our writing books this year to save money at $10.99 a piece for 80 students we decided to print out worksheets for writing. This would be perfect because I could still put it in a folder and keep it all together. Thanks for a great product!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliments. :) Our school did the same to save $ so I created my own.
DeleteI teach kindergarten and wish I taught next door to you. This packet would he so versatile. I could it as a small group journal or take pages that need reviewing and put those in a packet.

DeleteI teach Kindergarten. This is a great way to teach the students how to use the dictionary. First I would model how to use it with a picture dictionary, then as they progress through the year, the students can do it independently.
